Remote control does not work - 308 (2008-2013)

Hello friends car 2009 model 308 premium 1.6 HDI. The remote control does not work in my vehicle. The clock resets itself. Let me say that the control works when the contact is opened and closed. When the device turns itself off, it goes all the time until the contact opens. I would be glad if you can share what you have information about the problem. Thanks in advance.

It looks like a battery related problem. Of course I say this based on the reset of the clock
