I finally solved the problem. The problem they called the shock absorber wedge was caused by shock absorber joints. He only boils from his wedge but only once a month. Every sound due to the blowers is a sound that comes even in minor road disturbances.

I made it myself with the black dry-drying silicone, the voice decreased, I can help friends in Ankara.
