Hi everyone, I need help. I own a 2012 1.4 Active Diesel 207 and want to install a rear ceiling reading light. I purchased the light, but I couldn't find a socket or slot to mount it. I removed as much of the ceiling trim as possible from the rear, but I couldn't see it to avoid damaging it too much. Does anyone have experience with this? Someone saw this on YouTube, and they commented that it was possible to cut and paste directly, as it has an electrical connection. Could you help? Thanks atakan-tas2024-01-04 22:32:55

There's a rear ceiling light on 307s, but I haven't seen one on 207s. Mine doesn't. But if you're determined to do it, you can, but it'll be difficult, sir. Instead, you should get a battery-powered one and stick it neatly to the ceiling, if absolutely necessary.

Hello everyone, I've successfully completed this project. To install a rear reading light, you need to cut the rear roof and run a line from front to back. It's not as difficult as you might think. It works quite well. Unfortunately, I had to damage the socket system of the original ceiling light, but that's the only problem. I did this to ensure proper and proper operation. You can find the necessary videos, etc., on YouTube. The light I used is a used 307 rear ceiling light. It costs 500 TL. I built the wiring system with a Cat6 Ethernet cable. You must cut the rear roof hump. Be careful; the antenna cable is very close. Cut calmly and carefully. You can find the necessary templates on YouTube. For pre-installation testing, you can identify the socket ends with a 12V adapter.
