Hello everyone, I am a new member of the forum. I have a question for you. My car is a pejo 206 xlinr 2004 model. He could not pass the inspection because of the rear brake deviation. Linings changed, turning was done, rear brake center, main brake center changed. Hydraulics changed, bleeding. But the situation keeps the same left wheel weaker than the right wheel. Brake test was done for the 6th time. The situation is the same. I have been in the industry for 2 days. Where to look, what to do. I would like you to share your experiences. Respects

my brakes were new, when I approached the red light, pull the handbrake at 30-40 km speeds, so stop it, let the brakes get used to balance, so I did, now my brakes are better, and I can try the precious front and back.

Did you get tested again? you have to hit the soft pad. some types sting nonsense. so we have to research and go. You have already done everything to be done.

If the drum / disc thickness is different, the thinner side will be weaker. If the linings are of different brands / features, there will be imbalance in the brake. Tires produced in different years give different reactions even if they are the same brand / pattern. Pipes etc. in the hydraulic line. If the inside diameter is increased (even micron difference), the brake in that line weakens because the pressure decreases. Brake deviations cause the vehicle to be skidded in the event of an emergency / hard brake, which creates a life-threatening risk.

Thank you for your answers, the master has done a lot of work today, has re-inserted the pads and changed the front brake center again. The car will not remain in the industry today. Could there be a limiter hidden somewhere in this vehicle?

I passed the test with a 16 percent deviation. Solution: crushed hydraulic pipes. It improved when they replaced hydraulic pipes. It would be great if they checked this from the start. I spent only 800 lira for the brake. I was gone because I was familiar. I wish I went to the pejo special service.
