In the pouring rain, when I pass through a small puddle, the car misfires and does not exceed 2000 rpm. In such cases, I pull to the right and idle for 5-10 minutes and it returns to normal. But when I go through a puddle again and again the same problem happens.

The repairmen could not find the problem, they told me to come in rainy weather.

If I put a protective cover under the vehicle, will the problem be solved a bit?

The problem is obvious, water is dripping from somewhere in the vehicle sockets, it needs to be checked thoroughly. Here is the problem, actually. places to look engine computer and sockets coils and spark plugs getting wet etc. Do you have. the enclosure may be of some use, but if you do not find the problem, it will cost more in the future.
