Quiksilver idling problem

When friends go to 80-90 with the vehicle, the speed indicator falls down to 0a, the vehicle is piling up, then it hits again, like it turns out again.

Idling engine may be defective, throat throttle and idling engine must be cleaned first.
Look at the interesting speed sensor to drop it when the speed goes with 90. I think of the gearbox, but it is not construction
