Hello everyone, I've been having a serious problem for a while now. First of all, my car is a 206, automatic, gasoline-powered 2000 model. The hazard lights turn on by themselves, even when the ignition is off and for hours after I've parked the car. What could be the problem? I haven't been able to find a satisfactory answer on any forum. It's like I'm the only one experiencing this. Could it be rainwater or something? Please help.

BROTHER, GET WELL SOON. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST WATER LEAKAGE, BUT THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS OF THESE KINDS OF CARS ARE OFTEN TAMPERED WITH, SO IF THERE'S BEEN A REVERSE CONNECTION, THESE RIDICULOUS BEHAVIORS CAN OCCUR. THERE WAS A MECHANIC IN KÜÇÜKÇEKMECE; WE TRIED 2 OR 3 TIMES, AND ON THE FINAL TIME, WE SUCCEEDED. IF YOU CAN'T SOLVE IT, I CAN REFER YOU TO HIM. SO, THERE'S NO OTHER OPTION BUT A MECHANIC. IF YOU TRY TO DO IT YOURSELF, YOU MIGHT GET WORSE. DISCONNECT THE BATTERY TERMINAL IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS WITH THE CAR STOPPED.
