Purposeless plug ??

I don't know if it's in every car, but there is an idle plug on the back of the diesel filter.

If you take the photo, you can get clearer answers, at least we will look at us :) If it is empty everyone has no problem

Can there be a connecting plug to the computer?

I don't think it is because I know it is inside, I think it is the place of the plug, but I guess something is wrong.
