Pretensioner belt failure (airbag)

2012 urban move 207 warning of pretensioner belt failure is on in my vehicle, this fault appears on the screen occasionally, sometimes it goes off after 3 5 seconds, after a few days, the same warning happens again, this cycle continues like this all the time, check the underarm sockets. I noticed there is no relaxation, I would appreciate if you can help with this regards
