I changed the pressure pad and flywheel of my 2017 1.6 bluehdi 120 hp manual vehicle 6 months ago. But when the clutch was pressed, the noise started to come from the gearbox. We used original PSA brand parts from the chassis number of the vehicle. However, although a floating hub flywheel and a flat pad were removed from the vehicle, a floating hub flywheel + spring pad was installed. When the piece was revised according to the upper version, the master put that piece on. Now, when we talk to Peugeot service masters, they say that they have never seen the spring flywheel and spring pad duo. However, the lining in the part code that comes according to the chassis code in both domestic and foreign sources on the internet is spring. I even look at flywheel sets, and I see that they also sell floating hub flywheel and spring pad sets. I don't want to take a risk again when the flywheel of the vehicle is an expensive item like 9 thousand liras. If there are other friends who changed the clutch of the 1.6 120 hp Euro6 or 1.5 130 hp manual vehicle, I would appreciate it if you could share how the process went.

It's a strange situation, sir. This is the first time I have such a problem. Send me the chassis number privately, I'll make a car, sir.

The solution was as follows. Peugeot updates the thrust with a spring system. In return, it makes its own prisderek felt. The master finds the outlet pole smaller than the outlet coming out of the vehicle and completes the assembly with a similar sized outlet from the chipper. But that socket is long in the current system and pushes the pad. It also causes the system to work unhealthy and break down in a short time. Serious misfortune. So, if you buy it, it is possible to have a flywheel and spring pressure pad duo, even if it is rare, keep it in mind. It can surprise masters, too.

I'm glad the problem is solved, sir. Good luck to that master, if the diagnosis is correct. I hope you can ride after this with a taste. if possible, let them understand what the hell they are doing by mailing it to peugeot center and psa france. It would be great if you had the opportunity to take photos and videos.

Actually, Peugeot gives the right parts in the system. When the piece that comes out is different from the one that comes out, the master replaces the outlet with a piece the size of his felt. Luckily, the first felt was still in the cashier, I compared it with the crushed piece, there is a clear size difference. It caused a serious expense. I hope no one else has the same problem.
