Greetings to everyone I just joined the forum
I own 407 2.0 hdi automatic car
All the maintenance of the vehicle has been done completely, injectors and diesel pump have been tested and found to be smooth, but this (presence of water in diesel fuel fiter) malfunction and starter does not work for 2 days.
Is there anyone who has knowledge about it? If you can help, I would be very happy if you could guide me.

Hg between us. I took a look on the web. I found someone with the same problem. It was from the battery. They changed the battery, the problem is gone. At least try with reinforcement. If it works and the malfunction goes away, change your forehead. Weather is cold. Batteries begin to spill.

Do you have the problem of whether the indicators are overly moving or not.

you said the maintenance was done. I think the fuel filter has changed
The job remains on the battery or sensor. The battery you will test cheap and cost-free is in my opinion.
The installed battery can be a problem rather than cheap series. Peugeot loves the powerful battery.
If you solve the problem, don't forget to write.
I wish conveniences.

Thank you, I will definitely inform if I can find a solution
Is it the sensor that measures the water in the diesel filter?

I hope the result will be removed after we have removed and emptied the tank because there is water in the tank.

If the diesel filter has not changed, replace it with the original. He says there is water in the filter.

Delphi brand. It was Dephi brand that came out of my vehicle. The original manufacturer is already. I had no problems. It can be tried before opening the warehouse.

the problem still has not been solved, it continues to give this warning occasionally and when it gives this error, the starter presses the vehicle does not start
At the first opportunity, let me leave a car electrician, I didn't know what to do
Whatever this error, we can't delete it from the brain completely, guys.

Greetings if there is really no water in the tank, the sensor is defective. The sensor that sees the water in the fuel is placed there. There is a problem with this sensor or its cables. Look for errors elsewhere. Change the sensor. Disconnecting the cables etc. is not a solution. After all, if the information does not go to Ecu, it goes into malfunction again. This error code only occurs with this sensor.

Greetings. The last morning the weather was quite cold, I started the car in the morning and left it to warm up. When I came back 15 minutes later, it stopped. There was a water warning in the diesel filter on the screen. I hit the starter a few times, it did not work, and then my already weak battery ran out. Anyway, then I charged the battery and removed the nasot filter. I pulled the socket up and let the diesel in it drain from the drain valve below, mounted it back, connected the bprugs and pumped it until the diesel came out. but did not go the warning and it is not working again. If I know I will fix it, I will get a new filter. Should I buy only the lower filter part or the upper part including the sensors as a set? Any suggestions for a solution. Is the vehicle not working because it gives a warning, it prevents the brain from working or does it have a mechanical problem?
