That socket comes from the brain. The signal from the ecu adjusts the idle valve. Check the intake manifold for air in one place. Oxidation may occur in the large socket entering the ecu. Oxidation may occur in the idle valve socket. There may be a break in the plumbing between the ecu valve. Also, in such cases, friends have your car's charger checked. Respects my humble opinion.
