peugeot partner 2001 model indicator malfunction - Partner

2001 model partner fuel gauge is constantly fluctuating, said they made it from the buoy. I bought the bosch buoy and got it installed, but the fluctuation in the indicator continues, what could be the malfunction?

the glow plug's light on the indicator is always on, even though we pulled the 5 plugs to which the spark plugs are connected, they are on, they have checked the spark plugs.
