Peugeot Bipper Rear shock absorber and chip tuning?

I wish everyone a good day. About 2.5 months ago, we bought a 1.4 hdi bipper for the 2011 model 23,000. We are very satisfied with the vehicle in general. My father bought the vehicle. I have 92 model hawks. Our bipper is also extremely stiff in the rear shock absorbers. There is a small sound in a small pit or a chapel. And it bothers the backseat very much. Not even in my 92 model vehicle. We have no problems in the front seats, but the back is really bad. Is this generally the case? Do not we have the opportunity to soften?

Also, the city consumes an average of 8.5 liters of fuel. And even if we do bottom gas sometimes, the car is officially stacked at low speed. The car moves very heavily in 2nd gear when we slow down to go through a coaster with the break. Especially if there is a slope, it is very bad. I have these chip tunings, I researched a bit but unfortunately I can not reach clear information. My father drives the vehicle very calmly. My 92 model falcon has been with us since zero. Think about it now. Is it safe, is there any chip tuning?

Thank you very much for your answers in advance.
