Peugeot 508 semi automatic transmission problem |

My car is 2012 model semi-auto diesel peugeot 508. When changing gears, it automatically switches to manual and then back to automatic. I just changed the transmission oil and robot oil along with the pressure pad and flywheel. What do you think could be the problem?
