Peugeot 407 Low Speed Gas Delivery

Good day guys I am using 2006 model 2.0 hdi 407. While my vehicle is driving in low gear and low speed, it gases and cuts on its own and there is a jerk in the car. But this stops when you press the gas. It doesn't do that in high gears. My car is automatic gear.
