Peugeot 406 wiper timing relay

I have a wiper problem in my Peugeot 406 car, the wiper works in the second stage, they said only the time role, but the master could not find the location of the time role, can anyone help?

There is no time relay, it adjusts the bsi according to the wiper operating range information it receives from the arm. There is also a 2nd bsi (electronic circuit) in the engine section fuse box.
