Peugeot 308 input 1 unlocking

There is no hidden feature unlock for peugeot in my city. I looked at the programs on the internet and found a program called diagbox. There is also a device called elm327 obd2. If I buy this device for 100 TL and install the diagbox on my computer, can I open it? Where can I find the radio code? I want to turn on the radio input 1, I put a Blutut kit on the back of the stereo.
