Add antifreeze water. I even heard that some of them just put antifreeze instead of water. I think the brand is not important. First of all, you have to open a topic that introduces yourself in accordance with the forum rules. then you should fill out your profile information completely, then you should write the brand model non-engine engine volume of the vehicle in the signature section. For example, since I don't know what your vehicle is, I can't say where to add the water. |

For example, since I don't know what your vehicle is, I can't tell you where to add water [/ QUOTE] I just wondered how they're putting antifreeze. If so, there is a huge misconception that is probably caused by ignorance and straight logic. Let me explain a little bit. The substance we say antifreeze is ethylene glycol (ethylene glycol). This substance is resistant to freezing due to its chemical structure. There is a similar type of diethylene glycol which shows the same feature. This substance is also used as wiper water. When we get pure antifreeze on our vehicles, we need to add water to it. This is because the combination of ethylene glycol molecules and water molecules converts into a solid crystal structure. The formation of this structure also lowers the freezing point of this compound. Meanwhile, the freezing level of pure antifreeze is -12 degrees. When we look at the table below, we can see how much water we add, which freezing point our compound has. As you can see, we are 70% antifreeze, 30% water mixture gives the lowest freezing point (-51 degrees). Since our country does not have cold temperatures below -20 degrees, we are usually 50% antifreeze and 50% water mixture. Percent of Ethylene Glycol Freezing Point (degrees C) 0 0 10 -4 20 -7 30 -15 40 -23 50 -34 60 -48 70 -51 80 -45 90 -29 100 -12

I do not know the degree of cold in winter since the city you are in does not write the location, but you should have some antifreeze depending on the average situation. It both prevents calcification and reduces the degree of freezing of water in cold weather. [QUOTE = sirri99] firstly the problem was running out of water. thank you to everyone who answered. For example, in a warehouse under Istanbul conditions, we put 1 in 5 depots in the warehouse, if you fill the full antifreeze, you can stop the smell, especially in hot weather :)

In summer, antifreeze does not matter, it can be water, but at least 30 percent of it should be antifreeze in winter conditions in Istanbul.
