Peugeot 307 Hours Resets History

My vehicle 2004 Model 136 horse 2.0 HDI 307. Every time I start my contact tracking tool, the clock and the date are reset on the screen. When I look at the press, they look very robust. The tracker works immediately at a time when the vehicle is running, so there is no problem in starting up, so the battery seems to be intact. Why do you keep the screen reset all the time? Long press the close button to close the windows, it closes completely, you may have an electrical leak in the problem you say.
