Peugeot 307 door lock problem

Hello friends, I am having a lock problem with my Peugeot 307 2002 model XT. When I open the driver's door, all the doors unlock, but when I close the driver's door, all the doors lock. I do not use the key, I only use the key when I first start the car and unlock the doors. The right rear door does not lock at all.

Has anyone experienced such a situation? What is the problem? Is it the BSI brain? Is it my door locks? What should I do? Thanks in advance for your help.
