For God's sake, someone help me. I'm about to go crazy My Peugeot 307 1.4 hdi xr has a fuel leakage problem. There is an explosion in 4 steel pipes coming to the injectors. It did not change with the originals We did not get out. Yesterday, while going up the ramp in 3rd gear on the way to the village I pushed the car a little bit, and the smell of diesel came to the mountain again. I don't think it has anything to do with pipes. Because it changed 5 times. I finally got it welded. Is this a problem related to pressure, please help, give some advice

Hello. There may be a problem with the high pressure control valve. The high-pressure pump pumps the fuel at high pressure, a small amount of it is injected by the injectors, and the rest is passed through this valve, circulating it continuously at low pressure. If this valve is defective, it may not be able to return and burst its hoses. Also, don't you get error codes etc related to high pressure?

Now, if I say that the return hoses are clogged, it is very unlikely that all 4 of them will be clogged. Sounds like there is a problem with the return system. It could be a pressure regulating valve. There are videos about the operation of this system. If you want to watch them, you can have an idea. I think this system is called common rail. If you search you will find videos. Don't bore it.

Bro I removed the upper air filter box
The rightmost diesel leaks from the pipe next to the filter where it enters the injector. |

Is it leaking through the pipe? Or did the pipe burst again?

It leaks from the port where it enters the injector in a pressurized way.

Could it be that a tooth has been skipped or stripped? The hose did not burst.

bro i think i found the problem
Injector ramp to which the records are attached or The injector stump is not stable, I can move it with my hand. I've investigated and there's cracking in the record connection places due to vibration I think it's happening. Intake monifold will be disassembled and examined in detail
