Peugeot 307 1.6 hdi (2006)

Hello friends, I get water in Diesel error in my Peugeot 307 model car. The tool does not work at all. I researched a great deal, I think the filter needs to be changed. Is there any way I can get rid of this water before I do it? No valve or something to drain the water. Does anyone do this process? What kind of procedure should I follow? Thanks
