The engine does not change in cold heat, and the temperature is usually at 90 degrees. can go between 80-90 depending on weather and road conditions

First of all thank you for your kind reply. I'll fix my question a bit and ask again. The ECU, which we call the brain, is idling for the vehicle in the first message I wrote. It is programmed to keep it constant at how many rpm.

When the engine idling engine is cold, it will be at 1100-1200 rpm, generally it will remain constant at around 800 rpm as the engine warms up.
