Firstly, I have a repairman friend. The oil plug is not the same on every AL4 transmission as I see it on the internet and as a result of my researches. For example, there may be oil cans. I did so. So the level plug is in this nut. 2-After draining the oil completely, we disassemble the outer box. at the top I disassemble the part. 4-Firstly, we remove the electric cables from the box with solenoid valves. The cables are not too difficult to remove with the socket. They disassemble the box directly. After the work is finished, we will put the pin into the gear adjustment mechanism as it is in the picture. 6-I removed the solenoid valve box completely, 1 filter comes out. No matter how you disassembled other valves, look at the same level and install them. Never tighten the oil remover inside the gearbox. 7-I had rust in the solenoid valve outer box. You need to tighten too much. No lightly torque is enough. 9- Clean the places where the gasket will fit when installing the outer cover. 10-Unscrew the air filter hose. 11-Unscrew the part holding the gear adjustment rod to reach the gear oil filling plug. Do not touch the part, gear adjustment may escape. 12-Unscrew the oil filling plug. 13-When I measured the oil, 3 liters of oil came out. Again, I filled 3 liters of new oil. I found such information as a result of my researches. No need to deal with oil adjustment. I think you should add as much if you drain it. 14-Attach the battery terminal. Replace the part holding the dismounted gear adjustment rod and the air filter hose. 15-Get in the vehicle Start at position P. Navigate with all gears waiting for 10 seconds. 16-We connected to the vehicle with another software because we did not have the original peugeot software. I think it was elph. All vehicles are in it. First we couldn't find the transmission of 306, then we looked at 206,307 and finally we saw the transmission phrase in 406 and we tried to connect to the vehicle. We deleted all of them. 18-My biggest fear was to update our vehicle when we replaced black solenoid instead of white solenoid. We couldn't find the solenoid valve update. We did not find such a statement. This is a counter.We first wrote 60 thousand but started to turn on the fault lights Sports and snow mode lights.Then we accepted 20 thousand and the lights went out.We wrote 30 thousand and we just left. There was no error. 20-Gearbox There was a date screen where we could write when the flour was changed. We tried it as dotted or / or tried. We did not accept anything, we entered and accepted it as 010118. I don't know if it is, but I don't think it. Old white socket valves have a read speed of 50 hz, while new black sockets have a read speed of 100 hz. New valves do not need to be updated because there is already a 50 hz read speed in the brain, and when we install a 100 hz valve, this speed is already 100 hz If the situation was the opposite, it would have been an update if we had replaced 50 hz instead of 100 hz. Sports and snow mode lights in my car have not been turned on since I did the transmission repair. Gear shifts have been very nice. The total cost I spent was 420 TL. The two of the senoid valves kept 260 TL, I bought oil in 4 liters. 160 tl. But I used 3 liters of oil 1 liter left :) 25-There is a document of the solenoid exchange, you can look at it.
