Peugeot 306 platinium headlight stripping

Hello friends, 306 platinium. I have a 2001 model car, I bought a second hand, almost 4 years. The headlights are very nice.

My teacher is in a normal situation with many brands of vehicles over time. There are places that perform headlight cleaning, they make 50-60 TL for two headlights.

I guess it is hot, when it stays under the sun, there is a nylon like peeling substance on the headlights, such as a thin membrane.
