peugeot 3008 usb not reading problem

I wanted to have a sound system built in my car recently, but my original confirmation started to not see usb while it was still in the installation phase, it often resolves after switching off the ignition and waiting for the power failure, but sometimes it is unable to read when I stop the engine and start the car again.

the element making the sound system may have a short circuit somewhere. or the socket may be loosened so I can take it off.
