Peugeot 3008 Android Auto Connection Problem - 3008 (2016-)

Android auto started to cause problems in my Peugeot 3008 2021 model gt vehicle. I've been using android auto for 1 year. Today andorid auto started to cause problems. I connect my phone with preo, which is the brand of teknosa.

The problem is as follows: I connect the phone, then I press android auto from the screen, the screen comes up, and after 10 seconds, it goes off from android auto. My father has a huawei p30 pro, I connected my father's phone with its original cable and it creates the same problem for him. When I press the screen again after throwing it, it says andorid auto equipment problem.

They wrote to buy anker brand cable or install android auto as apk for this problem on the internet, but the application, which has been causing problems for 1 year, started to cause problems today.

I went to my peugeot application and there is a navigation update. I wonder if I do that?

Cable is the primary issue. It would be good if your cable is anker or ttec. Your cable should be shorter than 1 meter. Before connecting the phone, make sure that the Bluetooth is turned off on the phone. Sometimes, if it is too close, the phone can cause a Bluetooth problem to the multimedia device. Sometimes, if you have a smart watch on your arm and it is connected to the phone, it can disconnect the screen.
