PEUGEOT 208 HILL START ASSIST - 208

I bought a 2013 model 208 1.2 VTİ Active semi-automatic vehicle. These vehicles have hill start assist, I know. This boost in my vehicle is not working properly. There is a forward hold on uphill movements, but it's not like you're pressing the brakes. It should brake fully for 2-3 seconds and start, but it doesn't. There is no reverse movement. I'm wondering where can this problem come from?

In the user manual it says that the driver's door should be closed. When I first bought the vehicle, the brain of the vehicle did not see that the door was closed. I fixed this problem. There has been a disconnection in the sockets going to the door, the door is working properly. Hill start assist improved after this treatment, but it doesn't seem to be working properly. Could it be a problem with the brake system?

I would appreciate if you share your thoughts on this subject. I need to solve this problem because it is very difficult to hold the vehicle on a slope.
