The air conditioner in my Peugeot 208 2021 1.2 PT blows cold air, but the fan doesn't work. I've observed that the fan occasionally kicks in. This suggests a loose connection or similar problem. However, I'm not sure if there's another problem. If the fan motor were completely defective, I suspect the fan wouldn't work at all.
