peugeot 208 1.6 Vti engine error

Previously, after I didn't downshift while I was driving with the vehicle, I had a vibration in the engine and a traction problem when I manually downshifted, then the fan runs non-stop, I pull the vehicle to the side and stop, the fan still continues to run. When I start the vehicle again, I don't have any problems with gear shifts in engine traction, but the fault lamp does not go out and the fan continues to run continuously.
