Peugeot 207 Starter problem - 207

Salam aleykum friends. 207 1.4 HDI. My car won't start. It gives a braking system error.

I took it to the brainer, the fuse box and the abs brain were changed and it did not improve. Then they said the key was changed, the problem still persists. Now they said it's an electrical problem. What are your thoughts?
