peugeot 207 Misfire and Exhaust emission malfunction

My 207 1.6 VTİ vehicle Exhaust emission failure light is constantly on, my master said it is chronic because it is a tube. However, the traction seems to be low and sometimes the light flashes, the sound is produced, and the car vibrates and seems to stop. Does anyone have this problem? What is the solution? I feel that there is a blockage in my car somewhere, but I can't find where. Catalyst changed, transmission changed, spark plugs changed, didn't help.
