Peugeot 206 Overheat indicator

I searched on the internet and recently connected the engine with the radiator hose. On the right, I pulled the green plug of the customer on the right, this time the temperature on the display shows 95 degrees and turns on the fan, I think the second stage. (I thought the indicator would be zero when the plug of the customer was unplugged, it was 95. Actually the engine is cold) I had never heard of this sound, so the second stage was the fan sound. Now there is no water decreasing and the engine is not warming up. Where is the problem? Can it be in the brain? Or will the problem disappear when the green sensor changes?
