Peugeot 206 2003 signal fuse

Hello everyone. My 2003 car doesn't turn on the left headlight signal, but the fender signal and rear signal do, and they do. When I turn on the parking lights, the front signal light comes on, but only when I turn on the signal and hazard lights. There's no electrical problem, as far as I can tell. What do you think is causing the problem? I couldn't find the signal fuse. Does anyone know?

Yes, the American parking module melted a little due to the heat, I think it's related to that. I ordered a replacement. Thank you.
