Greetings to all. I became a new member of the forum. I own the 2014 model Peugeot 2008 HDi Allure. My car's front right window does not close at once after it has fully come down. It rises and stops a few cm each time. I tried this from the button group on the left side, and from its own button, nothing changed. I tried an application that I saw in other forums. First I lowered the window and pressed the button for 3 seconds, then closed the window and pressed the button for 3 seconds. Yes, it works, but when I stop the car, the same problem continues the next time. Tired of downloading and holding down every time. I took it to the service in Trabzon. The master (!) Came and looked and called another person, then thought they had solved the problem with the previous method, but it did not. If anyone knows the exact solution, I will pray.

First of all, welcome to us. Two causes of this type of problem are either the glass lift button is oxidized. or the glass motor compression protection mode is activated. priority is my advice if there is no button replacement, there is a problem with the engine, it is not normal to reset itself when the vehicle is turned off

Thank you for the answer, but as I said, this situation disappears when the glass is fully lowered and the button is pressed. Should there be a problem with the buttons, it shouldn't always be done, or if the glass motor is defective, it should always cause problems. the problem seems to me that I can't keep this setting in memory. I don't know if other peugeot2008 users have this problem. I removed the battery cap and put it back on again so that the windows were reset. did not understand this in the service. I'm really surprised.

First of all, welcome to contact us. You have to code my teacher glasses recently. Turn on the ignition, hold down the glass lowering hand, without holding your hand, wait 10 seconds after the glass is fully lowered. do the same for all windows. then reverse the same process.

I have that same problem. Left rear window with right windshield. Glass is gradually getting up. I tried what you wrote, but it does not. The problem seems to be going first, but when the contact is turned off and on again, the problem still arises. In addition to that, I open all the windows, exit the vehicle and lock the vehicle, then, holding the lock button on the remote control does not automatically close the windows. It closes the others, two windows remain open. Where I am, I can ask no service. Is the fault in the brain? More precisely, I do not know if there is a malfunction. If anyone solves this problem, please help.

Welcome to us first. There is a problem with the glass opening system, teacher. This complaint exists in many peugeot 2008 users, but nobody said that the problem was resolved. Probably related bulletin was published in authorized services.

There is almost the same problem on the right rear window. The suppositories were lubricated and coded, but the problem was not corrected. My vehicle is 208 alone.

As the above friend said, I noticed after the battery change, but why are other windows also related to coding?

Friends said the service problem was in the glass-lifting brain. But since the brain is on the glass engine, he said that the engine should change completely. They said something about 600 lira for a single glass. I didn't get it done because it was very costly. Anybody find a solution?

I think the problem is the window jack. It has nothing to do with the brain. The brain does not control a single glass, after all, and only one glass is problematic. It looks like a chronic problem. Shame on you. Seriously trash.

PROBLEM SOLVED !!!

Greetings to all. I had the same problem and I asked the friends who had this problem about a solution by message about 1 year ago from DM. I even applied to the service and told me that the glass motor had to be renewed and asked for a remarkable fee. However, the software had to be discarded during the printing + pad replacement of my vehicle recently. After the software was discarded (100 TL in private service), the problem was solved. So the problem was not the glass engine. I hope you solve the problem in this way.
