Peugeot 2008 Antifreeze Color and Type

Hi guys, I just joined you guys. My car is a 2020 model Peugeot 2008. The antifreeze level of my car is close to the minimum level and naturally I want to add. But despite asking 3-4 service centers, I couldn't find any antifreeze in the color I have in my vehicle. Service persistently tries to convince me to add blue antifreeze or add distilled water. But you will appreciate that this is a seemingly simple but deeply technical issue. In my vehicle, as I added in the image, there is an orange/red or even colorless/tea-like liquid. It is a pity that we cannot find and add this antifreeze in the 2020 model vehicle, even at the authorized service. More importantly, manufacturers give 2 years of life for g12 or g12+ antifreezes, so it would be better not to add antifreeze but to replace the entire coolant. Because the coolant that has expired will do more harm than good to the system.
