First you need to loose or complete the wheel arches. After that, you will see a screw that enters the bumper already, you insert them. Then you lie under the vehicle from ten sides and you will see two more screws holding the buffer towards the ends of the radiator. If you have inserted them, the process is complete. Then you can take it out. If you have fog lights, do not forget to unplug them before towing.
