peugeot 106 heater assistance.

I am a 98 model peugeot 106 xr user. Used in heating and air conditioning problem. Problem of turning indoor air and taking in outside air.?

When the button on the far right of the quad panel in our vehicles is pressed, the air inside the vehicle heats and cools the air, and when the button is not pressed, the air gets outside.

The piece is just at the bottom of the heater fan.
