peugeot 106 crankcase leaking oil from vent

Hello friends, when my 106 xs vehicle gives gas from the crankcase ventilation hose, it throws oil like crazy, what is the problem?

There is the upper rocker cover, that is, the cover with the Peugeot logo on the top when you look at the engine. Two screws hold it. When you open it, there is sheet metal underneath that prevents oil splashing. Maybe previous owners didn't wear it. There seems to be no other possibility.
