Petrol lpg car start problem

At the first start of the day, the car starts and stops when it is cold, does this 4-5 times, then starts and barely keeps its speed at idle. But in the first start of the day, when I switch to LPG under the same conditions, only one starter works. Fuel filter air filter just changed. What makes this problem, from the gas pump?
