Pejo 206 makes sound in whistles and pits in 4th gear

Hello, I am a user of 2005 model pejo 206. There is a sound called lok lok from front of the pits and a whistling sound is heard when the vehicle presses the gas in 4th gear. The sound stops when I take my foot off the gas. It could be caused by what.
