my pejo 206 1.4 manual 2004 model gasoline vehicle is 8.5-9 liters of fuel within 100 km. so km. It also burns 40-41 cents. I am not in congested traffic like Istanbul ankara I am in batman, traffic is calm and there is not much. is this normal. There are also 2 cracks in the exhaust and there is decay, it would be useful if I change it. meanwhile they say 130-150 lira to change the exhaust in the back.

I use 1.4 16v 90 hp 2004 206 xt is about 2 weeks. I usually use "Adana" in the city when I go to work and come. I can not say that it is very calm for traffic, but the number I saw the most was 6.5 lt on the road computer. Of course, I think this might be related to how you use the vehicle.

If you are using red dream erzincanda, the traffic situation is almost the same.

Roads in Erzincan are narrow and very rough, and the number of vehicles is high, so I usually see even the 3rd gear difficult.
I use 206 1.4 manual, usually it is around 110 km with 50 TL gasoline.

I gave up changing the exhaust. If I change it, would it have an effect on consumption

The vehicle in me is 206 petrol 2001 model 1.4 xr 8v 80 hp, close to 40 krs (my car has an abart and an open air filter) your fuel has come too much. Ermm Because traffic is too cramped where I am.

For a while I started to think that it might be because of the way I drive a lot.

Yes, the usage is very noticeable, on the road I use in the city, the traffic is very congested, especially I have calculated 36 krus, but say something, on the one hand, I am going at low speeds so that there is little noise from the car, it may have an effect. It is wrong to comment without seeing, I guess the exhaust and the air filter are full ..

The fuel is too much but not too much, like the ones said, you are making sudden accelerations due to the use, or you are using a lot of speeds in my car. I am burning 1.4 gasoline 38 cents or something. You are talking about the galba, if it is rotten, change it is not a lot. I do not know if it was made in the price of 100 TL originally, including workmanship.

brother, you change the exhaust, if your last muffler is full, the fuel is increasing, the engine runs cramped, it consumes more gas, I suffered from the same trouble, I changed the exhaust, the fuel went into order

40 krş is very normal I think you have neither you nor the car.
If the last muffler is exhausted, it is useful to change it. I changed it to 150 TL in Izmir.

[QUOTE = samet206] Fuel is too much but not too much like what is said, you are making sudden accelerations due to use, or you are using a lot of cycles, and I do not make a fine calculation in the city, but when I use hard, I can say that the fuel runs out faster. When you say the exhaust, you are talking about the last muffler in the next place. If the galba is rotten, replace it, it is not very much.

[/ QUOTE] I asked the muffler 3 months ago or something in the industry, they said at least 130 pounds, not all inclusive.

I don't know, my teacher says the price differs according to the cities. Somebody said I would make 170 TL, I got my head, I did not know, I do not know the man, I do not look at the list price, I get 100 TL for 2 years warranty. search the market.

As you said it would be useful to research the market, they called me 120 TL in Çanakkale.

The cracked exhaust will probably not pass the inspection. I think it was caused by exhaust.

I have 1.4 it burns 35 cents in Istanbul. When I go to Bandırma, it is between 40-45 ... It drops below 30 on the long road. Even though there is traffic in Istanbul, when the road is open, it burns less in main lines than other cities.

I think that changing the exhaust and fuel is not very relevant, so changing it will remove the question marks in your head, and it will be healthier to change but it will have zero effect on fuel.

You have to add at least 2 liters of your car to a certain age of the factory data of your car because your car is 10 years old and this will naturally affect your fuel.

In addition, it is not only the traffic factor that affects fuel. batman is a cold province, the increase of fuel in this case is also very normal, and this affects all factors such as the size of the tires, winter tires.

at this time when you entered the winter as advice

1 - replace spark plugs.
2- If you can replace it, replace the spark plug cables that are 90% longer.
3- Update your peugeot 206 brain software
4- Check the air filter, change it.
5- Don't heat your car too much and this will affect your fuel.

but if you ask me the fuel of the car is very normal because gasoline is expensive
