Pegout 306 Electrical problem

First of all, Assalamu Alaykum, I am a new owner of a 306 and I have an unsolvable electrical problem in my vehicle. The fan fuse keeps blowing. Neither the fan nor the air conditioner works. Also, the fog lights were not working when I bought the vehicle. For some reason, they are now on but not going off. I disconnect the terminal when I get off. I went to the electrician and he couldn't find a solution. He sent it to a brain specialist. I will go there next week and have it looked at.
