Passenger Seat Warning Sound

Hello, I have 207SW, but my problem is that when the driver is seated, there is a seat belt warning sound, the passenger is seated, this is not sound, when I look at it, there is a cable extending from the bottom of the driver's seat to the seat, but this is not valid for the passenger seat.
