Finding the plus of the signal
Find the plus of parks.

If I am not mistaken the blue one of the cable, you connect it to the plus of the park. You cut the plus of the signal. You connect one side to the black bulb side and red to the side. Look at the scheme it still works this way.

I am sure that I connected correctly, electricity comes, when the circuit is reversed, none of them are already lit: /

It seems to me that the cables are connected upside down. Because both of them are burning together, it thinks that the cable going to the signal goes to the park.
