First of all, Hi, sir.
As you can see, I have been a member yet.
I visited the forum but I could not come across; I have a small word, maybe there will be coincided friends to guide me.
Sir, I have a 2003 model Partner 1.9 D Comfort vehicle. When he took the car out of the way to slow down on the long road and pulled my foot out of the gas, he went out and worked again after a rest for a 5 10 minutes but when he got tired along the way - which I describe as such - he extinguished himself by pulling my foot out of the gas. We finished the road somehow, sir. We took the car to the master. They said the pump element. they said we will change, we said thank you. They changed it, sir, there was no problem in the first run - in the meantime, there was a problem. they said we'd go away. Then when I made some roads and put out the car and started it again, I saw that it was still working, it was shaking and forced to work. As for our other problem, the water warning lamp comes on for the first time. When the gas comes out, the lamp never ends, after it warms, sir. It caught my eye as an anomaly. Last time, on my journey, the air conditioner was switched on and I was driving on the highway at a speed of 100 110 km. In the same way, I took the vehicle to idle and pulled my foot out of the gas, the vehicle was extinguished again, but it worked well when I gave another starter while driving. you know, sometimes this extinguishing job can be very dangerous, especially when you're on the go.

What do you think I have to do and where I have difficulties these may be superficial to my friends who know the job. If there is any of your words, I will enjoy listening.

First of all, welcome, the diesel fuel pump has changed, so I checked the master fuel hoses and fittings and checked whether there was enough air pressure or not. In my opinion, I recommend you replace the fuel filter, if the glow plugs, injectors and throttle should be checked.

Thank you for your reply, sonerkyl. The master I have reached for the repair has requested a cost of around 1000 TL for the control and overhaul of all diesel oil routes and all fuel-related elements. When I turn on the air conditioner, it gives me a possibility to make a first warning on the first run and not to repeat it later, and to make it difficult to perform the first operation after warming up. I do not know what its name is, but there is a belt that powers both the water circulation pump, the power steering pump and the air conditioner, it stays on the left of the engine when you open the hood, and I hope I can describe a few discs. Both the air conditioner and the fact that the water warning was cut after gas and the car was still working at the first operation after warming up - which is strange but it works like sliding when it is cold - has led me to the possibility of a problem with this belt. My thesis is that the belt function decreases as the car warms up, and when it is turned off when it is hot, the car has a hard time. I would like to know your thoughts about this thesis. respects

The strap you ask for is called the v-belt. its looseness makes it sound, it has a tensioning bar that holds the belt and has a roller bearing. You can have these parts checked and if the billet needs to be replaced completely like 20-30 TL, it is around 100 TL, they only replace the bearing with the bearing, but my advice is to replace it completely. Of course, this part does not hurt the engine of the vehicle. When you turn the steering wheel, check the idle. There must be a little play. If there is a fluctuation of the idle, the throttle and the idle sensor have it checked.

Mr. sonerkyl, I did the experiment you said sir, as you mentioned, a little play is not enough to put it out. But when I turn on the air conditioner, do not ask for a drop in traction, a low idle. I just read a topic just like there is a sound from the engine falls off the idle, clicks back to normal is this normal? air conditioning is not electronic but engine powered, as far as I understand, idling is around 9 and a half while coming back to around 9 and a half sir.
Edit: I think some of them refer to this belt as the timing set and according to the information I got from the master, the timing set was also repaired and cost around 250 TL. He's in the price I paid, sir. I think now a distress idling sensor is left in your opinion. By the way, I found an idle socket while I was playing the engine. I don't know if you have ever had a 2003 partner 1.9 D review in front of the engine, but maybe you have a thought.

yes, it is normal to hear that sound when you turn on the air conditioner. the idle drops, after the first start, after the air conditioner is turned on, if the idle fluctuates constantly, then there is a problem, the vehicle cannot adjust the idle. I used it a lot but I did not look at the engine part obviously. You'd better put a photo.
