Hello friends, priorities, when I pull the handbrake of my peugeot 307 car I have, there is no sound coming and it goes down the moment I release it, if I hold it up in my hand, the car's handbrake is holding up well, I don't know if the problem is wire, spring bow, I have another part, I am waiting for your help. : the vehicle's very hard handbrake has been pulling softly for the last 2-3 days and it has been kept very well

Look, in the mechanism in the picture, the wire separating the two black gears has come out, has broken, the spring has popped, or one of the black punches may be stuck.

Edit: I think if you grease somebody stuck and tamper, it is likely that it will improve.

I had the chance to take the vehicle to the industry today, I showed it to the 3 masters, I stated that the wire would be broken, as you stated, but all the masters said that the handbrake was removed for 5-10 seconds and the gun was broken, would you recommend me to go to a master and open it and check it.

[QUOTE = niklaus] I had the chance to take the vehicle to the industry today, I showed it to the 3 masters, I stated that the wire would be broken, as you stated, but all the masters said that they would lower the handbrake for 5-10 seconds and lift the gun out of order.

Now the masters have noticed that it's bad that it's a good thing Big smile If you have a little skill and time, I think you will go to the mechanic, if you can't do it, you will go to the mechanic ..
