I started to apply light varnish because of the sun in my car. What can you recommend for ourselves to protect the paint?

the only measure is to keep the vehicle in the shade, protect it from direct sunlight. those who say there are also lying. you will either build a garage or something like a cover or awning.

It is best to get professional help in such cases.Other than that, you can apply yourself from products that are polish or paint protector on the market, at certain intervals after washing, it provides a protective layer on the paint and prevents the proliferation of the burn, than it is better to do nothing.

Well, if we cover transparent foil on the hood, would it prevent it from throwing varnish?

poor quality film makes it worse. With filling products and wax can be on it.

I recommend Autoglym on Srp or radiant wax fk1000p. Do not wash the car with petrol or dish soap.

As you can see in the hood section, when you apply 99 wax that you said that you started to apply varnish, does it prevent it from spreading too much? Can I apply this product myself?

Not many correction products can only fix this, just a little closer to the color if the only solution is that it does not sink into the eyes in the future.
