Although there is an example before, I did a topic that has not been shared today and wanted to share it. My vehicle 307 1.6 hdi 110 hp 24.08.2024 Exchange Rate Dollar 33.89₺Required parts; - 90mm mouth inner diameter open air filter [630₺] - 7M519A673EH-J Ford air filter pipe [650₺] - 4 clamps according to the 4 ends of the air filter pipe [40₺] - 4 meters electrical cable [60₺] - Electrical tape [20₺]Total 1400₺ Materials you will use; - 30 torque screwdriver - 25T allen - 20 torque screwdriver - 10mm wrench - 13mm socket - Pliers - Hose clamp pliers (a tool solution that no one will have, 1 handle of 2 pliers facing each other) - Placing one arm of the clamp part in the other pliers and tightening it at the same time) - Flat and Phillips screwdriver (There is no such thing as these will happen, you use what is convenient and what you have on hand) Procedures in order; - Disconnect the battery cables first negative then positive poles - You will disconnect the entire path of the air entering from the outside to the turbocharger, I do not know the names of the pipes separately - We completely disassemble the air filter system, we also need to remove the front attachment of the windshield grille of the vehicle, for this we remove the steering fluid reservoir. You can also remove the battery to create space, so you can work more easily. Set aside the MAF sensor you removed from its socket. Attach the air filter pipe we took to the turbocharger inlet. Remove the pipe clamp of the previous part you removed from the same place and attach it to the new part. Connect the PCV pipe to the air filter pipe. Connect the MAF sensor to this part, with the socket inlet facing left. There is an arrow on the part for airflow direction. Note that you are taking air from the right and sending it to the left. Clamp the open air filter on the MAF sensor by compressing it with a 20mm attachment. There is an ovality, you will need to adjust this yourself. Cut the MAF sensor socket to a length that will allow for sufficient additional connections from the beginning and end. Adjust the length according to the sensor's new location. Cut 4 equal pieces of electrical cables and connect them to the wiring system. Be careful; the old cables are flimsy and will remain in your hand (mine are left). Replace the socket, turn the ignition, gas, listen to the sound, and be happy. Replace the removed parts. Remove the materials. Take a drive in your car. Missing items: - Open air remains in the air. I need a place to fix it. I'm currently planning what to do. I'll add more when I find it. Removing the PCV pipe gives a more solid sound and also prevents the dirty air from circulating. I'm planning to extend it downwards and run it under the car. I'll heat the open pipe inlet with a cap or something and plug the end of it somehow.
